Ordering is unfortunately not possible at this moment.

The manuscripts of the previous editions have been printed in response to numbers of ordered and have been sold. Since we are strictly non-profit and have to make the dubget fit exactly, we work on a print-on-demand basis and can only print physical journals that have been ordered and paid for beforehand. All editions are published in digital Open Access form, however, and you can find the digital files (for online reading or downloading) here!
